Martial Arts
We split our Martial Arts training into 2 different classes:
Kickboxing
Submission Fighting
Kickboxing
Punches, Kicks, Knees, Elbows, Footwork, Clinch work, Tactics and Sparring.
We train all of these aspects of stand up fighting. The techniques come from a variety of martial arts including Thai and Western Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Taekwondo.
Classes are open to everyone aged 12 years old above (Children 8-11 years old are only taught in 1-to-1 classes under parental supervision, contact us for more details).
Please feel free to come along and either watch or join in. Session are currently on:
Monday 7 p.m. and Tuesday 8
p.m.
Submission Fighting
No Gi (without the traditional Judo type uniform)
grappling.
Standing, Clinch and Ground based wrestling and submission fighting.
Training includes techniques from Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Freestyle and other forms of Wrestling. Learn control positions, escapes and a wide variety of chokes and joint locks. Essential and applicable to real self defence situations.
Classes are open to everyone aged 12 years old above (Children 8-11 years old are only taught in 1-to-1 classes under parental supervision). Parents should watch a class and have an informal chat with one of our instructors before booking a private session for this age group. Contact us for more details.
